1. Permitted & Commercial Use
All static QR code graphics (SVG, PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF) generated through QRPoint are licensed for unrestricted personal, educational, and commercial use. You are free to print, distribute, publish, and display them on retail packaging, marketing signage, commercial products, books, and digital media without royalty fees or attribution requirements.
2. Prohibited Content & Abuse
You may not use QRPoint to encode or distribute:
- Malicious payloads, exploits, phishing pages, or malware download links ("quishing").
- Content that violates applicable local or international laws.
- Automated high-frequency scraping designed to degrade service availability for other users.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software and barcode rendering utilities are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While QRPoint adheres rigorously to ISO/IEC 18004 standards, the user is solely responsible for performing sample scan tests on their final printed substrate prior to initiating commercial mass production runs.
